1) in Article 18:

a) to add part 5 after words of "education guidances" with words "(in the presence)";

b) to add part 7.1 after words of "education guidances" with words "(in the presence)";

c) to add part 7.2 after the words "and (or) secondary general education" with words "(including procedure and terms of selection of the organizations which will perform preparation of textbooks and the education guidances and other materials developed complete with them, requirements to participants of such selection, the list of the education guidances and other materials developed complete with textbooks and requirements to them, obligations of the selected organizations, and also procedure for determination of conditions of the license agreement about provision of right to use of textbooks and the education guidances and other materials developed complete with them)";
