"3) use by person who made administrative offense for the purpose of execution of the agreement limiting the competition, responsibility for which conclusion is provided by parts 1 and 2 of this Article, the program for electronic computers allowing to perform decision making (making of the actions) directed to execution of such agreement in the automatic mode (without participation of the person).";

2) Article 19.5 to add with part 2.8 following of content:

"2.8.
