attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver in the amount of two hundred thousand rubles.

3. Vehicle control, belonging to foreign carrier, with exceeding of admissible dimensions of the vehicle at size more 20, but no more than 50 centimeters without special permission, or with exceeding of the dimensions specified in special permission at size more 20, but no more than 50 centimeters, or with exceeding of admissible mass of the vehicle or permissible load on vehicle axis at size more 20, but no more than 50 percent without special permission, or with exceeding of admissible mass of the vehicle or the permissible load on axis of the vehicle specified in special permission at size more 20, but no more than 50 percent -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver in the amount of three hundred thousand rubles.

4. Vehicle control, belonging to foreign carrier, with exceeding of admissible dimensions of the vehicle at size more than 50 centimeters without special permission, or with exceeding of the dimensions specified in special permission at size more than 50 centimeters, or with exceeding of admissible mass of the vehicle or permissible load on vehicle axis at size more than 50 percent without special permission, or with exceeding of admissible mass of the vehicle or the permissible load on axis of the vehicle specified in special permission at size more than 50 percent -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver in the amount of four hundred thousand rubles.";

In paragraph one of part 6 of Article 12.31.1 of the word "11:23 and 12.21.1" shall be replaced with words 5) "11.23, 12.21.1 and 12.21.5";

6) in Article 23.1:
