About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning features of forming of the State register of immovable monuments of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About protection of cultural heritage" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 39, Art. 333 with the following changes):

Article 13 after part three to add 1) with two new parts of the following content:

"4. Are not subject to state registration just revealed objects of cultural heritage and monuments taken on the state accounting according to the legislation existing before entry into force of this Law, which:

are symbolics of communist totalitarian regime according to the Law of Ukraine "About condemnation communistic and national socialist (Nazi) the totalitarian modes in Ukraine and you will lock promotion of their symbolics";

are symbolics of the Russian imperial policy according to the Law of Ukraine "About condemnation and you will lock promotion of the Russian imperial policy in Ukraine and decolonization of toponymy".

5. Object is not subject to state registration to the solution of question of its compliance / discrepancy to requirements of part four of this Article. The decision on entering / not entering of object of cultural heritage in the Register is accepted based on the conclusion of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of protection of cultural heritage taking into account recommendations of the Ukrainian institute of national memory".

With respect thereto the fourth to consider part part six;

2) in Article 15:

the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:

"1. Withdrawal of the instruction sheet from the Register is performed in case";
