About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2011 No. 1374
Based on Item 2 of Article 53 and Item 3 of article 54 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 129-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2011 No. 1374 "About the detained goods and ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes, the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties" the following changes:
to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to this resolution it (is applied);
the paragraph the fifth parts two, the paragraph the fifth parts three and the paragraph of the sixth part four of Item 7 of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for recognition of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs as the guarantor before customs authorities approved by this resolution to exclude;
in Regulations on the application of general ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes, the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties approved by this resolution:
in part one of Item 2 of the word "in case of customs declaration of goods according to customs procedure of customs transit" shall be replaced with words "when according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union or the legislation on customs regulation discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes, the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties is provided";
in Item 3:
in paragraph four of the word "about economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" shall be replaced with words "about insolvency or bankruptcy";
