Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 1998 No. 124-FZ "About basic guarantees of the rights of the child in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 31, Art. 3802; 2017, No. 1, Art. 6; 2018, No. 17, Art. 2434; 2019, No. 42, Art. 5801; No. 52, Art. 7832; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5229; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2373) following changes:

1) in Article 12:

a) add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"on creation of equal access to rest and improvement of handicapped children and children with limited opportunities of health.";

b) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "in case of acceptance" shall be replaced with words "in case of the direction";

c) add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. Equal access to rest and improvement of handicapped children and children with limited opportunities of health is provided including by means of annual establishment of the subject of the Russian Federation by the supreme executive body of the quota in the state and municipal organizations of rest of children and their improvements providing the need for rest and improvement of this category of children.";

Item 2 of Article 12.1 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"ensuring accomplishment of quota in the state and municipal organizations of rest of children and their improvements for handicapped children and children with limited opportunities of health according to the procedure, established by the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation.";
