1) in Article 97:
a) regarding 3 words of "education quality evaluation" shall be replaced with words "actions for education quality evaluation";
b) add with parts 3.1 and 3.2 of the following content:
"3.1. Regional, national and international comparative researches of quality of the general education, and also other actions for education quality evaluation which list and procedure for carrying out (except for regional) are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation belong to the events for education quality evaluation held within implementation of monitoring of education system.
