"Article 40.1. Features of maintaining, use and storage of the medical documentation which is drawn up when rendering to person mental health services in involuntary procedure
(1) Data on the court resolution which took legal effect or the decision of higher body (the higher official) on recognition which is not appealed in court unreasonable psychiatric survey, dispensary observation or hospitalization of person in the medical organization giving mental health services in stationary conditions, in involuntary procedure, data on refusal of court in making the sanction for psychiatric survey of person without its consent or without the consent of his legal representative, data on variation by court of the statement for hospitalization of person in the medical organization giving mental health services in stationary conditions without its consent or without the consent of his legal representative, and also data on the decision of the commission of psychiatrists of the medical organization giving mental health services in stationary conditions about recognition of hospitalization of person in involuntary procedure in such medical organization of unreasonable decisions of higher body (the higher official) or the decision of the commission of psychiatrists are introduced in medical documentation with familiarizing of the copy of the specified court resolutions.
