Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of April 15, 1993 No. 4804-I "About export and import of cultural values" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 20, Art. 718; Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 1, Art. 19; 2019, No. 49, Art. 6954) following changes:

The paragraph the twelfth Article 5 to declare 1) invalid;

2) in Article 11.2:

a) to add Item 3.1 after words of "Item 6" with words ", the paragraph the second Item 7";

b) state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The musical instruments or bows which are temporarily exported by physical persons or legal entities and the case specified in the paragraph the second this Item, the cultural values which are temporarily exported and returned after temporary export by the state and municipal museums, archives, libraries, other state and municipal storages of cultural values on condition of availability in these organizations of authorized collegiate organ (authorized collegiate organs) included in structure of the state part of Museum fund of the Russian Federation, except for which has power of decision about condition of safety and about establishment of insurance value of temporarily exported cultural values, and also about authenticity and condition of safety of the cultural values returned after temporary export do not fall under operation of this article.

Examination of the string bow musical instruments or bows which are temporarily exported by physical persons or legal entities and included in structure of the state part of Museum fund of the Russian Federation for the purposes specified in Item 5 of article 35.13 of this Law is carried out according to Items 1 - 4, 6 - 10 these Articles.";
