1) in Article 4.3:

a) in Item 3:

in paragraph one of the word "or by means of the state and municipal information systems" shall be replaced with words "and with use of federal state information system of state of environment";

add with the subitem 7 of the following content:

"7) other data determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

b) in item 4 of the word "or by means of the state and municipal information systems" to exclude;

Chapter I to add 2) with Article 4.4 of the following content:

"Article 4.4. Federal state information system of state of environment

1. For the purpose of providing public authorities of the Russian Federation, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, the organizations and the population with information on state of environment (ecological information), collection, processing and the analysis of such information, and also assessment of state of environment and forecasting of its changes under the influence of natural and (or) anthropogenous factors the federal state information system of state of environment is created (further in this Article - information system).
