About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of reduction in compliance with Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of information and the social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2019 No. 142, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to committee on cases of youth and family of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee of information of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee on cases of religions of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee on development of the interethnic relations of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) within five calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages electronically in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) notification of registering body on modification of Provisions;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-ministers of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
