About establishment of cases of implementation of labor activity by the foreign citizen or stateless person, temporarily staying (living) in the Russian Federation, outside subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which the work permit is issued to them (temporary residence is authorized)

1. Establish the following cases in which the foreign citizen or the stateless person who are temporarily staying in the Russian Federation (further - the foreign citizen) has the right to perform labor activity outside subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which the work permit is issued to them:

a) the direction in official journey. At the same time the general duration of labor activity of the foreign citizen outside the specified subject of the Russian Federation cannot exceed 10 calendar days during the period of action of the work permit issued to the foreign citizen;

b) if permanent job is carried out by the worker in transit or has traveling character and it is defined by its employment contract. At the same time the general duration of labor activity of the foreign citizen outside the specified subject of the Russian Federation cannot exceed 60 calendar days during the period of action of the work permit issued to the foreign citizen.

2. Establish the following cases in which the foreign citizen who is temporarily living in the Russian Federation has the right to perform labor activity outside subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which temporary residence is authorized to it:

a) the direction in official journey. At the same time the general duration of labor activity of the foreign citizen outside the specified subject of the Russian Federation cannot exceed 40 calendar days during 12 calendar months;
