Article 1

Bring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2878; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2009, No. 46, Art. 5419; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7554; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4451; 2020, No. 22, Art. 3378; 2022, No. 41, Art. 6938; No. 52, Art. 9375) following changes:

1) in Article 332:

a) state part one in the following edition:

"Employment contracts on substitution of positions of the pedagogical workers belonging to the faculty consist in the organization performing educational sales activity of educational programs of the higher education and additional professional programs sine die or for certain term, the elections corresponding to terms on tender on substitution of the corresponding position which are determined according to the procedure, established by part two of this Article.";

b) the second to state part in the following edition:

"Execution of an employment agreement on substitution of position of the pedagogical worker belonging to the faculty in the organization performing educational sales activity of educational programs of the higher education and additional professional programs, and also to transfer into such position is preceded by election on tender on substitution of the corresponding position with indication of election term. Election term on substitution of the corresponding position is determined by collegiate organ of management of the organization performing educational sales activity of educational programs of the higher education and additional professional programs according to local regulations of this educational organization by tender and can be uncertain or certain within at least three years also no more than five years. If the employment contract between the pedagogical worker belonging to the faculty, and this educational organization consists for accomplishment of the certain work having obviously urgent (temporary) character election on tender on substitution of the corresponding position for the term of less than three years, but for one year is allowed at least.";

c) in part eight of the word "for certain term no more than five years or sine die" shall be replaced with words "sine die or for the term of election on tender on substitution of the corresponding position, determined according to part two of this Article";

d) in part nine of the word "for certain term no more than five years" shall be replaced with words "for the term of election on tender on substitution of the corresponding position, determined according to part two of this Article,";

2) in Article 351.7:

a) in part six shall be replaced with words the word "additional" "including additional";

b) add with new part seven of the following content:

"The employer during suspension of action of the employment contract has the right to pay to the worker financial support.";

c) the seventh to consider part part eight;

d) the eighth to consider part part nine and to add it with the offer of the following content: "In the absence of the bases for the termination of the terminal employment contract provided by part eleven of this Article, the terminal employment contract renews for the period equal to remaining balance of effective period of this employment contract estimated on the date of suspension of its action.";

e) the ninth to consider part part ten;

e) the tenth to consider part part eleven and to add it with the words "according to part one and paragraphs the third, fifth, ninth-the eleventh parts two of article 59 of this Code";

g) the eleventh - the thirteenth to consider parts respectively parts twelve - the fourteenth.

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
