according to the procedure of assignment, decrease and deprivation of class ranks to persons holding political state positions, special state positions and political municipal positions, approved by the above-named Decree:
- add Item 6 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"According to the decision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for achievements, high and significant for the Kyrgyz Republic, in the respective professional sphere assignment of the class rank of the counselor of state of the public civil service 1, 2 and 3 classes and the municipal adviser of municipal service 1, 2 and 3 classes can be performed without observance of the above-stated requirements to length of service in the public and/or municipal service and considerations on commission session on consideration of offers on assignment, lowering and deprivation of the highest class ranks of the public and municipal service of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Commission).";
- state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. Materials for assignment of the class rank of the counselor of state of the public civil service 1, 2 and 3 classes and the municipal adviser of municipal service 1, 2 and 3 classes are considered by the Commission.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
