Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 8, 1995 No. 193-FZ "About agricultural cooperation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 50, Art. 4870; 1999, No. 8, Art. 973; 2003, No. 24, Art. 2248; 2006, No. 45, Art. 4635; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6154) following changes:

Article 14 to add 1) with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1. The consumer cooperative based on the decision of general meeting of members of cooperative in case of the termination by the physical person - the member of cooperative of participation in economic activity of cooperative has the right to renew its membership in associated in case of service in armed forces of the Russian Federation and in other cases provided by the charter of cooperative.";

Article 17 to add 2) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. Provisions of subitems 1, of the 3 and 6 Item 1 of this Article do not extend to the citizens who are members of cooperative, called up for military service on mobilization.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
