About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Additional Guarantees on Social Support of Orphan Children and Children Without Parental Support"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 21, 1996 No. 159-FZ "About additional guarantees on social support of orphan children and children without parental support" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 52, Art. 5880; 2012, No. 10, Art. 1163; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6724; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4856; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5260; 2023, No. 23, Art. 4009) following changes:

1) in Article 8:

a) add Item 3.1 with subitems 6 and 7 of the following content:

"6) their recognitions it is unknown absent according to Article 42 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. In case of cancellation of the judgment about recognition of person it is unknown absent such person is subject to recovery in the list since date of its initial inclusion in the list;

7) acquisitions of well-planned premises by them in property or in case of complete repayment of the loan (loan) granted on acquisition of premises under the agreement, obligations of the borrower under which are provided with mortgage, according to article 8.1 of this Federal Law.";

b) add with Items 6.1 - 6.3 following of content:

"6.1. For the purpose of the conclusion with persons who belonged to the category of orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, the agreement of social hiring concerning the premises occupied by them the duration of the agreement of hiring of specialized premises can be reduced at the initiative of person with whom the employment contract of specialized premises, but no more than for two years is signed.
