Article 1

1) in Article 12:

a) state part 5 in the following edition:

"5. In case of development of the woods on the basis of integrated approach are performed:

1) management in the field of use, protection, protection, reproduction of the woods, including establishment of types and parameters of the permitted use of the woods;

2) holding actions for preserving the woods and on forest management;

3) holding actions for preserving natural landscapes, natural objects and natural complexes;

4) holding actions for improvement of the woods and timberland.";

b) add with part 6 of the following content:

2) in Article 21.1:

b) regarding 1 word "Construction and Operation" shall be replaced with words "Construction, operation and dismantle";
