About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 12, 2009 No. 292 "About approval of the List officially acknowledged sources of information on market prices".

2. Item of 35 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2009 No. 2305 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 16, 2012 No. 57 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 12, 2009 No. 292 "About approval of the List officially acknowledged sources of information on market prices".
