About modification of the Regulations on structure of the foreign exchange market of Ukraine, conditions and procedure for foreign exchange trade and bank metals in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, of 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for carrying out transactions by authorized institutions on foreign exchange trade in the cash form of government of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Regulations on structure of the foreign exchange market of Ukraine, conditions and procedure for foreign exchange trade and bank metals in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 02, 2019 No. 1 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section IV:

in Item 31:

in subitem 4 of the word of "foreign currency" shall be replaced with words "one foreign currency on other foreign currency";

exclude subitem 5;

to exclude paragraph two of Item 32;

state Item 33 in the following edition:

"33. Banks, non-bank organizations are forbidden to refuse to clients implementation of currency exchange transactions with banknotes of foreign currency which on design and elements of protection completely match the samples and the descriptions provided on pages of the official sites of Central/national banks of foreign states which authenticity is confirmed with use of the corresponding equipment.
