The regulations on plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Russian Federation in chambers of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2000 No. 94 "About plenipotentiaries of the Government of the Russian Federation in chambers of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" (Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 6, Art. 774), to add with Item 9 of the following content:

"9.
