The accredited expert organization of special industrial zone when conducting complex non-departmental examination performs all procedures and transactions by means of information system of the state expert organization integrated with the single portal of department of authorized body for architecture, town planning and construction, except for construction projects (the feasibility study and the design and estimate documentation) with security classification or marked "for office use" ("chipboard").
4. In these rules when conducting complex non-departmental examination and complex town-planning examination the following basic concepts are used:
