About export of forest products
For the purpose of implementation of transportation by load road transport of the forest products which are exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus *, classified by code 4407 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - forest products), on the territory of the Russian Federation or out of its limits in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Russian Federation the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. To provide to the ministry of forestry:
opening and accreditation in the territory of the Russian Federation branch of the export and production republican unitary enterprise "BELLESEKSPORT" (further - BELLESEKSPORT Unitary Enterprise);
determination of the list of the data necessary for the statement of the electronic accompanying document for transportation of wood and products of its conversion (further - ESD), and procedure for confirmation of signing of ESD, including provision of the created special QR code;
informing the legal entities created according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus with the location in the Republic of Belarus and the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further - residents of the Republic of Belarus), the forest products performing transportation, about procedure for receipt of confirmation of signing of ESD, including provision of the created special QR code.
