About modification of some Orders of the Government and recognition voided the Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the List of legally significant services in the field of protection of intellectual property items approved by the Order of the Government No. 774/1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 57-58, 625), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in line items 52-56 changes concern only the text in Romanian;

2) in line item the 57th text "Examination and registration of the license agreement, agreement on concession of the rights" shall be replaced with words "Examination of the statement for change of the owner of property rights";
