1) regarding the 2nd Article 44:

a) state Item 3.3 in the following edition:

"3. 3) decision making about determination of person from among owners of rooms in the apartment house or the other persons specified in this Code at the initiative of whom general meeting of owners of rooms in the apartment house which on behalf of owners of rooms in this apartment house is authorized on use of system or other information systems when holding general meeting of owners of rooms in the apartment house in the form of correspondence voting (further - the administrator of general meeting) is convened;";

b) add with Item 3.7 of the following content:
