Article 11 to add 1) with part eight of the following content:

"For rendering security services, stipulated in Item 7 parts three of article 3 of this Law, the head of the private security organization determines the list of employees of the private security organization who have the right to stop functioning of pilotless air, underwater and surface ships and devices, pilotless vehicles and other automated pilotless complexes (further - pilotless devices).";

Article 12 to add 2) with part ten of the following content:

"The private security guard working according to the employment contract with the private security organization rendering security service, stipulated in Item 7 parts three of article 3 of this Law for the purpose of protection of the protected objects of the workers and (or) persons who are on these objects has the right to stop functioning of pilotless devices in the presence of the following conditions:

1) concerning the protected object the Government of the Russian Federation according to the Federal Law of March 6, 2006 No. 35-FZ "About counteraction to terrorism" establishes requirements to anti-terrorist security, obligatory for accomplishment;
