to state preamble and the deciding part in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of the eighth of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 25, 2005 No. 77-Z "About quarantine and protection of plants", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
