2. This resolution becomes effective since February 3, 2007.

to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2007 No. 6
1. This Proper practice of wholesale establishes rules on the organizations of wholesale of medicines providing and guaranteeing their quality and availability and extends on legal entities and the individual entrepreneurs having special permission (license) for implementation of the pharmaceutical activities including wholesale of medicines of national production and (or) medicines of foreign production (further - legal entities and individual entrepreneurs).
2. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs shall enable wholesale of medicines according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and this Proper practice of wholesale.
3. Wholesale of medicines is enabled from pharmaceutical warehouse.
Pharmaceutical warehouse - the complex of specialized rooms and the equipment intended for acceptance, registration, sampling, storage, realization of medicines and ensuring their safety.
4. Rooms of pharmaceutical warehouse depending on the performed works and services shall be consistently interconnected, exclude crossing of technological flows and be located in the following sequence:
