About modification of some Orders of the Government (about strengthening of capacity of the State social inspectorate in connection with provision of powers for accreditation of suppliers of social services)

Based on part (7) article 14 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, the Law No. 547/2003 on the public assistance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes, the Law No. 123/2010 on social services (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 541), with subsequent changes, and the Law No. 129/2012 on accreditation of suppliers of social services (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 181-184, 593), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Dismiss National council on accreditation of suppliers of social services and confer powers on accreditation of suppliers of social services of the State social inspection.

2. In the Order of the Government No. 802/2011 about the organization and functioning of the State social inspection (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 187-191, 881), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Create the State social inspection subordinated to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, - the administrative authority exercising the state control and accreditation of suppliers of social services in the field of the public assistance.";

Item 2 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"To Organigramm Gosudarstvennoy of social inspection according to appendix No. 3";

Figure "25" to replace 3) in Item 3 with figure "29";

Appendices No. 1 and 2 to state 4) in the following edition:
