About modification of some presidential decrees of Ukraine
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of Ukraine:
1) in the Charter of rank the Hero of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 2, 2002 No. 1114/2002 (with the changes made by the Decree of March 28, 2019 No. 92/2019):
a) in Item 8:
in paragraph one of the word "Supreme Court of Ukraine, Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Supreme Court, office of the Attorney-General";
add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Preliminary consideration of representations and other materials about assignment of rank the Hero of Ukraine for implementation of outstanding heroic act by persons who were directly involved in implementation of actions for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state is performed by the expert group formed under the Commission of the state awards and heraldry in case of the President of Ukraine. The expert group is created of representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the office of the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, commands of types, separate types of military forces (forces) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, commands of operational and strategic groups of troops (forces), the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations, the Security Service of Ukraine, Services of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, Management of the state protection of Ukraine, Office of the President of Ukraine";
b) in Item 16 of the word "Chairman of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Chairman of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, Attorney-General of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The chairman of the Supreme Court, the Attorney-General";
