About development of the technological companies in the Russian Federation

This Federal Law determines the legal basis of activities of the technological companies in the Russian Federation.
1. For the purposes of this Federal Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) innovative technology - set of the results of intellectual activities used for development and (or) production new or considerably the improved products (rendering services, performance of works), and also providing cost efficiency of application (implementation) of such products (rendering services, performance of works), performance improvement of work and (or) creation of new commodity markets, works, services;
2) the technological company - the Russian commercial organization performing activities for development and (or) production (rendering services, performance of works) with use of innovative technologies;
3) the small technological company - the technological company which corresponds to the conditions established by part 1 of article 5 of this Federal Law, and data on which are included in the register of the small technological companies (further - the register);
4) category of the technological company - set of the technological companies corresponding to general for them to the conditions and signs established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 1 of part 2 of article 3 of this Federal Law;
5) type of the small technological company - set of the small technological companies corresponding to general for them to the criteria and indicators established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 9 of part 1 of article 3 of this Federal Law;
