About strengthening of social protection of the employees and civil employees of law-enforcement bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic having special rank

1. Since July 1, 2006 to raise monthly official (tariff) pay rates of the employees and civil workers containing at the expense of funds of the government budget of the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic noted in appendix No. 1 to this Order, for 50 percent, and monthly official (tariff) pay rates of the employees and civil employees of the structures noted in appendix No. 2 to this Order having special rank having special rank - for 100 percent.
2. Since August 1, 2006 to raise salaries of staff of the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic containing at the expense of means of the government budget for special rank for 100 percent.
3. Determine that the questions of financing connected with Items 1 and 2 of this Order are performed within the means provided in the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic on content of law-enforcement bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic.
4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic according to Items 1 and 2 of this Order to approve the amounts of monthly official (tariff) pay rates of the employees and civil employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also salaries of employees having special rank for special rank and to resolve other issues following from this Order.
