1. Since July 1, 2006 to raise monthly official (tariff) pay rates of the military personnel (except for the military personnel of urgent active duty) and civil employees of the structures of Head department of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic financed from the government budget for 100 percent.

2. Determine that the questions of financing connected with Item 1 of this Order are performed at the expense of the means provided by the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2006 on content of Head department of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic according to Item 1 of this Order to approve the amounts of monthly official (tariff) pay rates of the military personnel (except for the military personnel of urgent active duty) and civil employees of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic and to resolve other issues following from this Order.
