For the purpose of enhancement of public administration in the field of production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production and in connection with adoption of the Federal Law of June 13, 2023 "About state regulation of production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production" I decide No. 203-FZ:

1. Rename Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation into the Federal Service on control of the alcoholic and tobacco markets, having assigned to it in addition functions on control (supervision) in the field of production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production.

2. To the government of the Russian Federation in 6-month time:

a) provide the solution of the organizational, financial, material and other matters connected with implementation of this Decree;

b) specify functions of federal executive bodies in the field of production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production in connection with adoption of the Federal Law of June 13, 2023 No. 203-FZ "About state regulation of production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production";

c) determine the number of the federal government civil servants and workers replacing the positions which are not positions of Federal public civil service, Federal Service on control of the alcoholic and tobacco markets taking into account assignment on it additional functions according to this Decree;

d) provide offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Russian Federation to compliance with this Decree;

e) bring the acts into accord with this Decree.
