About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for updating of railway vehicles for transportation of passengers, construction and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities of subjects of managing of rail transport of public sector of economy (Extraction)

According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for updating of railway vehicles for transportation of passengers, construction and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities of subjects of managing of rail transport of public sector of economy which is applied.

2. Determine that:

requirements of Item 9 of the Procedure for creation, consideration, approval and the main requirements to accomplishment of estimates of the budgetary institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2002 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 9, Art. 414), concerning criteria of determination of the receiver of budgetary funds are not applied in case of determination of the receiver of budgetary funds according to the budget program "Updating of Railway Vehicles for Transportation of Passengers, Construction and Reconstruction of Infrastructure Facilities of Subjects of Managing of Rail Transport of Public Sector of Economy";

provisions of Items 1, 4 and paragraph two of Item 6 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 No. 1070 "Some questions of implementation by managers (receivers) of budgetary funds of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 2, Art. 64) do not extend to acquisition of railway vehicles for transportation of passengers within the budget program "Updating of Railway Vehicles for Transportation of Passengers, Construction and Reconstruction of Infrastructure Facilities of Subjects of Managing of Rail Transport of Public Sector of Economy".
