About modification of the Instruction about procedure for charge and payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance

According to the Law of Ukraine of January 12, 2023 No. 2888-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine of rather payment services", the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", Articles 9, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, order:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for charge and the payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 20, 2015 No. 449, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on May 7, 2015 at No. 508/26953 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 21, 2020 No. 790), the following changes:

in the Section VII:

in the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the word "payment orders and other settlement documents" shall be replaced with words "payment instructions of the payer";

in the paragraph the second Item 6 of the word "the Law of Ukraine "On payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On payment services";

in the text of this Instruction and in appendices 17, 18 to it after the word to add "bank" in all cases and numbers with words ", the non-bank payment service provider" in the corresponding cases and numbers.
