About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the state supervision (control) in the field of technogenic and fire safety

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

Items 13, 32 and 33 parts one of Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"13) means of civil protection - the fire fighting, rescue and other special equipment, the equipment, mechanisms, devices, tools, means of collective and individual protection intended and used in case of accomplishment of tasks of civil protection, including means of fire protection";

"32) the fire - uncontrollable process of burning as a result of which the property, natural resources is destroyed or damaged and also there are dangerous factors creating threat of life and to human health, the animals who are negatively influencing the surrounding environment;

33) fire safety - the condition of security of life and health of the person, property, the surrounding environment from the fires which is characterized by achievement of acceptable risk level of emergence of the fire";

2) in Article 17-1 part two:

39, 40 and 50 to state Items in the following edition:

"39) exercises the state supervision (control) in the field of fire and technogenic safety on identification and prevention of violations of requirements of the legislation by the subjects determined by article 65 of this Code;

40) exercises the state supervision (control) of observance of requirements of fire and technogenic safety in case of work on construction of houses, buildings and constructions, except class CC1 construction objects";

"50) constitutes protocols and considers cases on administrative offenses according to the law";
