About introduction of amendments to the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine concerning enhancement of questions of document creation and treatment of the military personnel during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 22-23, of Art. 194 with the following changes), the following changes:

1. To state the paragraph of the twenty eighth part three of Article 87 in the following edition:

"in accordance with the established procedure to constitute the certificate of circumstances of injury (wound, contusion, mutilation)".

2. In Article 260:

in word part two "the certificate of injury (mutilation, wound, contusion)" shall be replaced with words "the certificate of circumstances of injury (wound, contusion, mutilation)";

after part two to add with new part of the following content:

"The certificate of circumstances of injury (wound, contusion, mutilation) is constituted by the chief of health service of military unit, as a rule, after conducting the corresponding investigation of circumstances of receipt of injury by the serviceman (wounds, contusions, mutilations)".

With respect thereto third to consider part part four;

the fourth to state part in the following edition:

"If the situation does not allow to provide the certificate of circumstances of injury (wound, contusion, mutilation) to the direction of the serviceman who was traumatized (wounds, contusion, mutilation), on treatment out of arrangement of military unit, such reference goes to military healthcare institution or the territorial center of completing and social support according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine";
