About modification of article 29 of the Disciplinary charter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 29 of the Disciplinary charter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Disciplinary charter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 22-23, of Art. 197; 2020, No. 3, the Art. 24) to add with part two of the following content:

"During action of warlike situation or repulse of the armed aggression against Ukraine encouragement in the form of early assignment of the next military rank can be applied to the military personnel of ordinary, sergeant, foreman and younger officers for the second time, but not earlier than in six months from the date of assignment of the previous military rank".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
