About introduction of amendments to article 70 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine On health protection concerning features of creation and work of the military-medical commissions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in article 70 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine About health protection (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. The second to state part in the following edition:

"Military-medical examination is performed voyenno - the medical commissions which are created under the territorial centers of completing and social support, and also under healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, in case of need - other bodies or military forming of the sector of safety and defense determined by part two of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About homeland security of Ukraine".

2. After part two to add with new part of the following content:

"The military-medical commissions can be also created under the state and utility healthcare institutions".

With respect thereto third to consider part part four.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
