About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2000 No. 66

Based on part five of Item 1 of Article 23, of Item 2 of Article 102 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about payment procedure of the budget obligations assumed by receivers of budgetary funds and receivers of means of budgets of state non-budgetary funds approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2000 No. 66, the following changes:

1.1. add Item 9 with part of the following content:

"Payment of expenses for making of ministerial procedures is performed without provision of the documents proving carrying out payments.";

1.2. to add subitem 15.1 of Item 15 with the paragraph of the following content:

"in case of acquisition of the equipment for construction object (except for objects of running repair) if the supplier shall perform delivery within 120 calendar days from the date of transfer of budgetary funds for its current (settlement) bank account if other is not established by the legislation;";

1.3. third of Item 16 to state part in the following edition:

"Payment for work, specified in subitems 15.4 and 15.5 of Item 15 of this Instruction, is performed based on acts of the performed works on the forms established according to the legislation on financial accounting and the reporting, and in case of performance of works on content of republican and local highways - based on the certificate of cost of the performed works and costs on content of highways on the form established by appendix 2 to the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of the prices (rates) for the goods (the works, services) used (which are carried out, rendered) in case of content of highways public, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2017 No. 14.";
