1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of functioning of the information system "One Window" in the field of foreign trade activity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 28, 2022 No. 65 "About procedure for functioning of the information system "One Window" in the field of foreign trade activity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 6, Art. 876; No. 47, Art. 8231).
2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by federal executive bodies within the established extreme number of employees of the specified bodies and budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to perform interaction with the information system "One Window" in the field of foreign trade activity according to the procedure, the established Items 35 and 36 and the Section VIII of the Rules of functioning of the information system "One Window" in the field of foreign trade activity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 28, 2022 No. 65 "About procedure for functioning of the information system "One Window" in the field of foreign trade activity" (in edition of this resolution).
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 1, of the subitem "b" of Item 4, of Items 6, of 8 and 9 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since December 1, 2023.
