About modification of Rules of the organization and implementation of production control over observance of requirements of industrial safety

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the organization and implementation of production control over observance of requirements of industrial safety approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 18, 2020 No. 2168 "About the organization and implementation of production control over observance of requirements of industrial safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 52, the Art. 8851).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024 and is effective till January 1, 2027.

Changes which are made to Rules of the organization and implementation of production control over observance of requirements of industrial safety

1. In item 4:

a) word in paragraph three of "the worker or officials of service of production supervision responsible for implementation of production supervision" shall be replaced with words "the workers exercising production supervision and the faces responsible for implementation of production supervision";

b) in paragraph five of the word "procedure for collection, analysis, exchange of information" shall be replaced with words "procedure for collection, documentation, storage, the analysis, exchange of information".
