1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of public procurements of the goods, works and services connected with protection of the state secrets" of November 18, 2022 No. 641 the following change:

1) according to the procedure of the organization of public procurements of the goods, works and services connected with protection of the state secrets, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to state the subitem 6 of item 4 in the following edition:

"6) carrying out the state material reserves by Fund under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic of the purchases connected with forming, storage and servicing of the state material reserve according to the nomenclature and regulations of accumulating approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
