About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning features of the taxation of the amounts by which it is reduced debt of physical person as a result of restructuring of the obligation on consumer loan (is remitted) during warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Subitem 165.1.59 of Item 165.1 of article 165 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the second the following content:

"the amounts by which it is reduced debt of physical person by carrying out restructuring of the obligations provided by the credit agreement (is remitted) if such restructuring is performed according to procedure and on conditions, the stipulated in Item 7-1 Section IV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer crediting".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning features of charge of percent on consumer loans during warlike situation and enhancement of state regulation in the field of financial services", but not earlier than the day following behind day of publication of this Law.

2. Third of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings" of July 14, 2020 No. 768-IX to exclude part.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

adopt the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
