About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" concerning provision of permission by the serviceman during action of legal regime of warlike situation to use in traffic vehicles with the right arrangement of wheel
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "About traffic" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 31, of Art. 338 with the following changes) to add the law of Ukraine with the Section XIII of the following content:
"Chapter XIII TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Determine that during action of the warlike situation in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and also within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation the vehicles with the right arrangement of wheel arriving in military units and divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine formed according to the laws of Ukraine of other military forming, security services of Ukraine, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, Management of the state protection of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, National police of Ukraine Operational rescue service of civil protection as the humanitarian assistance, the charitable help, the international technical assistance and/or under interstate agreements on other conditions:
are subject to departmental registration according to article 34 of this Law according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
do not fall under restrictions on participation in traffic of vehicles with the right arrangement of wheel, established by part five of article 29 of this Law".
