About revaluation of fixed assets (means) in the Azerbaijan Republic
For the purpose of ensuring implementation of structural transformations in economy, and creations of economically reasonable sources of investments the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides reductions in the conditions of strengthening of inflation of book value of fixed assets (means) in compliance with the existing market prices:
1. All organizations, the companies and the organizations of the Azerbaijan Republic, irrespective of pattern of ownership and type of activity shall perform revaluation of fixed assets (means) as of July 1, 1994 by indexation, for reduction of their book value in compliance with the existing prices and conditions of reproduction.
Results of revaluation of fixed assets (means) to provide to bodies of the State Statistics till August 15, 1994.
2. Approve the Regulations on procedure for revaluation of fixed assets (means) in the Azerbaijan Republic attached to this Resolution.
3. Charge to the State Committee according to the statistics of the Azerbaijan Republic in time, no later than October 15th, 1994 results of generalization of reporting data on revaluation of fixed assets (means) of organizations, the companies and the organizations to provide to the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Considering not reduced, increasing rate of inflation to the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic periodically to analyze financial and economic condition of organizations, companies and organizations, and from now on as required to prepare offers on revaluation of fixed assets (means).
4. Charge to the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic to allocate to the State Committee according to the statistics from reserve fund of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic according to the provided expense budget financial resources for collection and processing of reports on revaluation of fixed assets (means) of organizations, companies and organizations.
