1. In the name of Chapter I of the word "Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman)" shall be replaced with words "The Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman) of the Azerbaijan Republic".

2. Under Article 1:

2.1. after the word of "representative" to add the word of "(ombudsman)" to the name;

2.2.
