Make change to Item 2 of the Regulations on check points through frontier and Items of the control approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 18, 2010 No. 751 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2265; 2015, to No. 59, the Art. 1936), having stated it in the following edition:
"2. The check point through frontier - specially allocated territory at railway and automobile stations, automobile and pedestrian ways, at the airports (in airfields), sea and river ports, including part of their water area (it is protected fully or partially by the protecting hydraulic engineering constructions or objects of natural origin), with complex of buildings, constructions and technical means on which are exercised border, customs control, other types of control and the omission through frontier of persons, vehicles, loads and other property (further - the check point).".
