ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF ECOLOGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification of the order of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 15, 2023 No. 45 "About approval of the instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects of water economy, vulnerable in the terrorist relation"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 15, 2023 No. 45 "About approval of the instruction on the organization of anti-terrorist protection of objects of water economy, vulnerable in the terrorist relation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 31923) the following change:

the paragraph one of Item 40 to state in the following edition:

"The passport of anti-terrorist security of object (further - the passport) is constituted according to the joint order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 14, 2023 No. 481 and the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2023 No. 51/ke (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32950) "About approval of the standard passport of anti-terrorist security of objects, vulnerable in the terrorist relation", in duplicate with simultaneous development of electronic option.

2. To provide to management on mobilization preparation and civil defense of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan representation in Legal department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
