1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to financing of terrorist activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income" of December 25, 2018 No. 606 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the procedure for conducting check of execution of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of counteraction to financing of terrorist activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the subitem 3 of item 4 of the word "Authorized State Body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of Communication" shall be replaced with words "Authorized state body on communication";

- add Item 5 with the subitem 9 of the following content:

"9) service providers of virtual assets.";

- add Item 6 with the subitem 10 of the following content:

"10) service providers of virtual assets.";
